Sen. Cook’s bills could benefit Clerk of Court Tolson, Judge Tillett

State Senator Bill Cook (R-Beaufort) introduced two bills last month that would bolster the salary and benefits of Dare County Clerk of Court Dean Martin Tolson, but the senator says the move would also benefit other court officers in his district and across the state.
